You forgot to mention that the main difference between the 8:00 picture and the 11:30 picture is that the snow had warmed up enough to slide off the roof. It didn't actually dump 12 more inches. (just wanted to put Kelly's mind at ease) And it's all melted now. Let's go spring! And, Kelly, just ask Ben about how hot it was on the day we toured him around downtown. I'm pretty sure it was in the 80's, plus it's very humid here. It felt pretty stinkin' hot that's for sure.
