It's A "Love" Thing w/ Pictures

Well when you start the weekend off with a sunset like this:

How can the weekend be bad?  Well it was a fabulous weekend.  Everything went on schedule and I believe all ladies had a great weekend.  Tears, Laughter, Prayers, Lessons, and Crafting.  Were a few of the things we share with each other.  We even had a few visitors attend, which was such a blessing to see these ladies encouraged and wrapped in love by everyone. 

We had 26 ladies attend the retreat: Maggie, Karol, Dana, Amanda, Joan, Bea, Rayisa, Kathie, Jody, Megan, Kathryn, Rachel Jr., Rebecca, Stella, Lorraine, Ponnama, Janet C., Jeannie, Cathy, Janet H., Olivia, Ann K., Lori, Ann M., Rachel Sr., and Myself.

Thanks to all you ladies who made this weekend a success.  God was glorified because of each of you. 

Making our "Love" note/encouragement cans.  This was such a fun event.  I wasn't sure how everyone would take to this, however I didn't need to worry so much.  Everyone took to these and spent lots of time bonding and getting to know each other doing this.  I didn't get a picture of all the cans together, but they were all a work of art.  We have quite the crafty bunch.... even those who think they are not crafty had a great time.   Now I need to come up with something like this to do next year.....

This lady is such an encouragement to me and so many other ladies. 

 This weekend she reminded us to put God first,

then our husbands second, then our children.  

Thank you Mom for your unconditional love and your daily encouragement.

I was not a speaker or a cook, however thanks to Dana I got a bunch of tulips also.

I have already started thinking and planning for next years retreat.

Although this was a lot of work I really enjoyed doing this.

So ladies heres to next year.
