Orion Has a Job

This little boy is very intertained with getting the rocks out of boots.  He will search and sometimes climb on top of my counters to get a pencil.  Then he goes to the shoe bucket or the garage in search of boots (or other shoes sometimes that have rocks in them).  And he will sit and dig the rocks out!  The amazing part is I DON"T ASK HIM TO!  He loves it!  As you can see he is very serious about this job :)

Camping in the "Old Blue"

So a couple Friday's ago (5/18/12) we took our van out to Eagle Beach for a camping adventure.  This is what we will be living in for 22 days this summer :)  We wanted to make sure that we have all the kinks worked out before we hit the road in July.  Everything went smoothly.... except the fact that it was raining!

I AM BACK!!

My husband pointed out to me the other day that I waste a lot of time with facebook and other things when I could be using my BLOG to look back on all the memories.  I have been pondering this idea and have decided that HE is right. (every once in a while I let him do that)  So for now I am going to try to update it once a week and hopefully get back into a good routine.  Wish me luck and blessings :)

Any questions????

We were extremely blessed to purchase a new boat in October :)  After many discussions and having the old blue boat continue to have engine troubles for us... we decided to purchase a BRAND NEW BOAT!!!

A BIG thank you to my dad, mom and Uncle Doug who kindly picked it up for us and placed it on the ferry for us in Bellingham, WA.

(Hopefully it is still in their plans to come up for a visit so we can take them out)  We are so excited to be able to use this boat and make many memories with our boys

(and sometimes Katie)

Here is hoping for a fantastic summer :)
