Smart Kids

Do you ever feel you have the smartest kids in the world?

Sometimes I get this feeling. Not to often because I know they are still learning and some of them are only working on half a brain. However I am so very proud of my kids. The three older ones are doing excellent in school. All their teachers tell me that if I ever decided to get rid of them that they will keep them. They are getting good grades and trying their hardest to learn.

The little boys are daily surprising me with their personalities. The other morning while everyone was getting ready for school and Justus was still sleeping. Luke decided to play with Matthias. All the sudden Justus yells out at the top of his lungs "Luke, DANG you woked me up."Where he got this I will never know.

And yesterday while Justus was at preschool group I went to Fred Meyer's to get some more infant Tylenol because we have gotten some kind of bug going around town and we are all taking turns with it. While their I was looking at picture frames and near the picture frames is a price scanner. Matthias starts complaining and whining. I am trying to figure out what he wants. Meanwhile in his hand is the box of infant Tylenol that he has been holding for me. He wants me to do a price check on the Tylenol. So I bring the drops over and he puts the box under gets the price check and is ready to move on. I guess he has watched me do this a few times.

I think I have some pretty smart kids.....

Not only smart kids, Lela, but hard working and respectful kids. Keep it up!

I'd add very helpful to all of the above, too. They are always willing to lend an extra hand (along with a smile) when I need it. They are special! Kathryn

Man, why do you always get so many comments and I hardly ever get any. I am checking my computer constantly and no one leaves any. I feel so unloved.
