Peach Cobbler

One of the things that David and I did before we got on the ferry was go get some fresh fruit and veggies. John and Autumn Sproul were very hospitable and let us camp in the van outside their house, let us take showers, and even fed us breakfast and lunch. And then later took us to a place called the Green Barn. We got corn, cucumbers, lemons, nectarines, plums, 2 different kinds of peaches, and cantaloupe. I am sure I am forgetting some of the things we got. It has all been so very good. I wish we had a place like this in Juneau.

The hardest part of making peach cobbler is peeling the peaches. Once that is over and your hands are all slimy from the peaches everything else is pretty easy. David ate most of the peach cobbler so you will have to ask him if it is any good. Judging by how much he has eaten I am confident that it was pretty good.
