First Snow!!!

Friday night it started snowing here in Juneau. Normally we don't get our first snow until after Oct. 31. My children thought this was great. Justus' eyes were so bright with excitement that you would have thought it was his birthday already. In fact he said that because it snowed we needed to put up the Christmas tree now. Matthias was in amazement also. I thought for sure he would not enjoy it. However Mom was wrong. He cried when I had to bring him in because as you can see in the pictures he didn't have mittens on, nor do I have a snow suit for him yet. The big boys had a blast with the neighborhood kids in an almost all day snow ball fight. I was asked today at my Dr. appointment if I was excited about the snow? I am because my children are excited and it gets them out of the house. And the big reason is because it wasn't RAIN!!!
