Yesterday we had our first frost of the year and this morning Luke spotted this on Thunder Mt. Yes it is
SNOW! When the snow gets to the tree line of Thunder Mt. it usually means
"not to much longer and we will get it on the ground." It feels like it has come a lot sooner than before, however yesterday on the local news they said we normally get our first frost around Sept. 22. The rain is back and everything is dark and dull again.
I took some blue sky photos yesterday of the snow on the mountains. This is our view out our windows, if the covered play area and some of the trees were cut we would be able to see the Mendenhall Glacier from our house.
(I should have removed the garbage cans. Oops!)
