Sunday afternoon we were able to take the boat out and try the new to us (used ) prop. It was really a relaxing time. Justus wanted to be with David and while we were on our way he fell asleep as you see him below. I was shocked he fell asleep because it was not such a smooth ride. Very bumpy and I was sure his legs would fall out from under him.

This rainbow was so vibrant. The picture does not do it justice.
Katie our book worm brought her book to read. She later said it was to bumpy to read.
I wonder why?
Sleeping Baby
We beached the boat on Portland Island and played on the sandy beach for about an hour and a half. Matthias wasn't sure how to walkin the sand and fell several times. the hand print in the sand is from when he fell yet again.
I thought it was super cute so I hand to take a picture.
Justus didn't understand why I wouldn't let him go too!
Sand has a way of getting everywhere on little boys.
The best way to get it off is the bath, then of course it

Matthias in the rock chair David constructed. David moved the flat rock to make a seat.
I must admit it was really comfortable.

Love all the family pics. Our little ones won't be too far apart! And I'm thankful for your comment on our blog - it was good for my hubby (who is convinced it's a boy, even though I'm trying to bring him back to earth).
I noticed you all have your boots on too. A line of family and a line of extra toughs (plus Justus' red ones).
Great family photo!
